BlazBlue: Entropy Effect X

Test Notes:

• It is worth noting this is a roguelike/lite with potentially dozens of hours of playtime. This test aims to be a brief representative view of the experience.
• The game receives an automatic "Yes" for download required because the advertised Deluxe Edition contents are all downloaded via patches. Upon booting for the first time after patching the game, the Deluxe Edition contents were confirmed to be downloaded. The rating was also affected by poor performance during gameplay.
• There are frequent stutters and frame skipping during gameplay. When loading into each room, the game stuttered while loading in enemies. Stuttering and frame skips occured during combat encounters too. Because the game is a high speed action game, these do impact the experience by causing the player to take unnecessary damage and results in failed runs. The tester is not confident the game could be played at a high level unpatched.
• Cutscenes were choppy and low frame rate.
• Menus have input lag and delays.
• The main hub area was slow and unresponsive. It seemingly ran at a very low frame rate.

• Attempted to complete multiple runs. Was unable to meaningfully progress.
