Utilized default settings. Beaten "Rewind" mode with 'Ending C' route.
Majority of attempted trophies unlocked as necessary & all other conclusions were untested for reference.

-- The animated intro doesn't appear to have any proper fade out effect for the theme song, "Sharp Laughter". As a result, the music just abruptly stops mid-track right at the end of the cutscene. Rewatching the video feature through the 'Extras' menu appears to confirm the oversight.

-- Very, very minor sprite flicker can occur during select activities (ex. Jennifer stepping over / kneeling down near a fallen foe, moving along the second flight of stairs in both foyers, etc.) These faults were likely retained from their original releases.

-- "You Are Dead" trophy appears to be slightly bugged. The description suggests it should unlock during any first type of 'game over' sequence encountered by the player. However, it didn't register during the single session failure that took place on this playthrough, but instead popped up during a survived, low health encounter with the possessed doll in the 'Child's Bedroom' (where the "Dolly Dearest" trophy also takes place). There's speculation that it might only display when a death occurs during either orange or red health status.
