Mostly multiplayer focused game however despite the front of the box saying the game is online only and requires PS Plus, you can actually play the entire game offline with bots or in 3-player split screen (All players have to be on the same team though, so no versus). Progression also fully works offline allowing you to unlock all the characters and levels.
