Deleting a save slot other than the first reverts save slot 1 back to saying "New Slot". This is only a UI bug, save data is unaffected. Fixed by exiting to the main menu again.
Several, very specific locations were found to make enemies, objects, light sources, etc disappear in front of the player. Fixed by simply moving away.
The Void challenge "Borisa's Fate" doesn't update in the journal despite completing it and collecting its Void Souls. This is only a UI bug, Void Souls are not lost and the "Defeat all Voids" trophy is unaffected.
"Destroy The Shadow Lords" and "Spirit Hunting" trophies unlocked prematurely.
A non-essential NPC named Geng is missing.
Breakable objects frequently pop in.
No major issues.
