Only issues we came across were not being able to pick up the Cyber Demon model in the model viewer, but you can easily just walk around to see it from another angle.
Marine Guy collectable toys don't show up in the hub area after collecting them, only after a patch they do.
One Marine Guy toy in the Necropolis was difficult to pick up but we were still able to grab it.
