The disc is build does not have the day one patch. However it does not have any major game breaking issues other than some bugs such as enemy ragdoll death glitches or sometimes getting your character stuck on geometry. The PS5 specific black flicker issue is on this disc build unfortunately (this was patched today one week after launch). Over 100 hours was put into this test with almost the entire story campaign completed and tons of side content run through.
