Observed one area in the hubworld where the grass was freaking and stretching out into the horizon.
Some minor pop-in in the later areas of the hubworld.
During the final moments of the game the main characters face got all messed up. Her lower jaw and eyes disappeared. Closing the game and reloading the save fixed the issue.
Game has been out for several years now but never received a patch. What’s on disc is what you get.
