Report:
Could finish every main mission, sidequest and crafting/skill upgrade
Weirdly enough the unpatched version shows a 100 % clearance rate BEFORE seeing the credits. Unpatched you have to finish 5 certain main missions for 100 %. Patched this counter goes up to 13 missions so you have to finish every side characters' questline for 100 % completion.

The achievements "Krati, Krati, Krati!" (story mission) and "Big Teddy" (taming Scared Cave Bear) wouldn't unlock (even after patching the game).

A large number of minor glitches:
• You can get stuck on trees sliding down a mountain but nothing the quick travel or reload checkpoint can't fix.
• The owl often clips through walls hunting enemys or could clip through cavestructures if there's a ceiling above you. This just resets the call and you can instantly try again so no impact on gameplay
• AI (especially animals) sometimes breaks. We had a deer running in circles for at least a full minute or a jaguar drowning in a cave by running into deep water
• Once we fought an invisible crocodile! It attacked and a QTE was triggered but the crocodile swam the other way leaving us in the QTE fight stabbing nothing.
• Our tamed Scared Cave Bear suddenly swapped from a blue arrow on the minimap (tamed animal) to orange (agressive animal) and attacked us.
• Tamed animals block your path extremely often. One time we climbed up with the grappling hook and our respawning sabertooth blocked the access point so we had to climb back down and retry when the sabertooth moved
• When exiting a running sabertooth close to a wall it may happen that the exiting animation clips you through a wall. Just happend to us once and we could get out of the wall by climbing back onto the sabertooth's back
• In one cave we fell through one ground layer by abandoning the grappling hook rope! We could throw the grappling hook again but got stuck underneath the groundlayer. We could exit this by getting to the ground layer as close as possible and then "climb" out (it actually triggered a climbing animation through the groundlayer)
• Urki the Thinker gets severely injured in his questline. Don't know how this pans out if patched but unpatched he just straight up dies, yet the dead body still mournes in agony.
• We had to restart the game ince because we couldn't heal anymore! It said press Y to heal but when pressing nothing happend. We could still finish the mission were in without dying but after that we had to restart the game to fix the issue! Don't know if it would have fixed itself if we had died.
