Comments:

* Played in Performance mode. Runs at 60 FPS. Minor frame stutters sometimes occur when running around in certain areas.

* Various visual bugs including texture and shadow pop in, clipping, ghosting and some objects floating or stuck in the ground.

* While on Chocobo in a few different regions one of the characters raised up through the ground.

* In Costa Del Sol the Lei on certain characters would randomly stretch out briefly.

* When replaying the Galactic Saviors mini game the lock on mechanic stopped working half way through. Was still able to be completed on that run but made hitting targets significantly harder.

* When following a Chocobo to a Chocobo Stop in the Cosmo Canyon region the Chocobo temporarily got stuck on the terrain for several seconds before being able to move again.

* Sometimes when enemies die they get stuck in the ground and twitch until disappearing. This usually occurs on enemies with wings and mainly in the combat simulator.

* All trophies earned unlocked properly.

Content Completed:

* Master Photographer rank acquired.

* A Rank on all piano songs obtained.

* Blood Champion rank in Queen’s Blood obtained.

* 35/36 side quests completed.

* All normal difficulty combat simulations completed.

* All world intel excluding Meridian Ocean acquired.

Additional Notes:

* Leviathan summoning materia obtainable by having Final Fantasy VII Remake (PS4/PS5) save data.

* Ramuh summoning materia obtainable by having Final Fantasy VII Remake INTERmission (PS5) save data.

* After completing the story Hard Mode, Chapter Select and various extra settings become available.

* Note that a game breaking bug was discovered in Chapter 8 during a different playthrough. This involves killing the mini game boss at the same time as it kills you. This causes the character models to not load in properly during the following cutscene. Then after the next cutscene the game will crash. Was unable to successfully replicate the issue. Seems that it needs to happen at the perfect frame to trigger. Back up save is recommended so if it happens you can redo the fight and progress properly.
