Main game "Berufsfeuerwehr - Die Simulation" plus the 3 specials "Firefighters - Airport Fire Department", "Werksbrandschutz - Die Simulation" and "Firefighters - Airport Heroes". And yes, while the cover of the German!! release is in English, the games' titles are indeed a mix of German and English for some reason. It is also super janky, BUT...
All 4 games can be installed from the disc individually. If you pop in the disc, the PS main menu shows a separate installation icon for every game.
