Test Notes:
Once you reach the third boss the sound glitches out during the fight. Eventually cutting out going forward. You must complete the boss. Save in the next level then completely restart the game.
In the final set of levels the game would refuse to save the game after a certain point in a level. Restarting the game and the loading the previous save file resulted in all weapon being removed from the player apart from the basic knife.
Due to how far into game we were it meant we were unable to progress due to basically losing every upgrade dying within a few hits.

Roughly 75% before hitting this game breaking glitch. The current patch does not fix this.
