Issues:
Has slight frame rate instability in all performance modes.
HDR is unoptimized, resulting in high brightness. Turn off HDR or adjust your 4KTV settings for a better picture.
Also try setting the first two PS5 HDR settings to 10 ticks above the minimum setting, it might help with HDR depending on your TV.
