The patch includes the PAL versions of Gex: Enter the Gecko and Deep Cover Gecko with the European voice actors, so only the NTSC releases are on disc.
The patch has one minor improvement which upon exiting a level the game will prompt you to make a save game where as before this doesn’t happen and you rely solely on choosing when to save yourself.
