Install from the disc of ~350MB.
When first starting the game, the tester experienced three crashes, including a hard crash, in the first hour. Once the PS5 power cycled and did its SSD recovery thing though, the issue did not recur.
Otherwise, the technical experience was super clean, and based on the error codes and conversations with some game developers, it appears that the crashes PS5 system software related, not game-specific issues.
