Version 1.0.1 on cart. No patch at the time of testing (March 2024).
Completed the game 100%, which includes beating all 11 levels, finding all small diamonds within levels, finding all big diamonds, and finding all hidden 1-UPs.
This game is near perfection. So much is happening on screen and the game performs without slowdowns and is always silky smooth. On one occasion, our character did get stuck in an object, but we were able to get out of this predicament fairly quickly.
Other than this, the game is absolutely perfect!
Accessibility options: None, but the game does have an option to switch between classic or modern controls. With modern controls, the game can be played as a twin stick shooter or with regular controls interchangeably.
Also, the game provides screen options such as wallpapers (which can also be turned completely off), scanline filters can be turned on and off and vertical scaling.
Difficulty options: None
Languages: Did not find any other language option. Played only in English.
No DRM. Played docked and handheld mode.
