Completed the game to 100% completion. It plays just fine apart from the following issues:
1 underwater glitch where instead of swimming we were trapped below the surface and could not get out. Required a save and then reload.
1 freeze after roughly 3 hours of play
2 freezes in final level world
In the cases where the game froze, pressing home and closing the game, then opening it again allowed us to continue from where we left off with no loss of progress.
