Roughly halfway thru the game the voice audio during cutscenes disappeared. After the cutscene of hitting The Beast with a nuke the voice audio returned to normal for the rest of the game. Roughly 30% of overall cutscenes were affected. All other voice audio plays normally. Updating the game resolves the issue.
Framerate was not consistent, varying between 30-60 depending on what was happening.
Occasional texture glitches and physics bugs observed, however these were minor issues.
Tested on a CECHE01 model PS3.
