※ Please note the physical release serves as an install-style hard copy where the "digital" on-disc content, including the main game & several supplement apps, has to be redeemed individually under a "collection" labeled icon. Alongside the game itself, separate apps are available for a digital artbook plus two musical albums, specifically the soundtrack & "Into the Mist" EP.

-- Despite disabling subtitles, "separate" text still appears at the top of the screen for secondary-style audio sources, such as phone calls, tape recordings, etc., although it isn't entirely consistent.
-- When picking up a music box in the transitional surreal landscape, during an early headset mind-dive, the idle animation clipped through a pillar base underneath the item as it floated in the air.
-- Very slight slowdown in framerate during a handful of in-game moments alongside minimal graphical oddities, such as very minor ghosting effects & one instance of white light flashing along the right side of the screen during a turn.
-- Abrupt glimpses of mid-load level environments will appear briefly throughout the experience during specific chapter transitions usually before an intertitle with various thematic quotes.
-- When gameplay switches to a scripted moment, a minor graphical oddity might occur with the lighting in the surrounding environment, such as a small flash of brightness on a glass window inside a freezer area when picking up a weapon during a headset "flashback" sequence.
-- Peculiar design choices with menu selection, like holding down a directional button on any menu while cause it to scroll almost instantly to an end which can cause the player to overshoot a desired selection. Since the 'Pause' menu doesn't prompt to reconfirm a choice, for example, it's possible to accidentally exit out to the main menu & lose unsaved story progression. Thankfully, collectibles still appear to be logged upon activation as necessary.
