No noticable performance problems or bugs, game did crash to XMB once during end credits (reloaded back into last autosave and everything worked fine).
Overall a really solid disc build (v1.02).
It states in the patch notes for v1.02 that it includes the Day One (digital) Update which fixes bugs and performance issues. Along with version 1.01 which also fixes bugs and performance issues.
