Original 1.00 release has major framerate issues. The 2018 Anniversary Edition includes some DLC and updates on disc and is mostly stable framerate wise. The 2020 Pro Nationals Edition also includes even more updates than the 2018 edition and technically has DLC on disc however the DLC included requires more updates to access.
