Tested offline with a local profile that has no PSN account activated on it.
Asks to connect to the internet before the main menu but can be ignored.
Some trophies are unobtainable due to requiring multiplayer missions.
Only English Audio is installed with the game. The other languages appear to be on disc but require a separate install.
Downloading updates is not strictly required, but strongly recommended due to the addition of multiple new mission chains, rebalancing of game mechanics, a plethora of additional skins, as well as several additional characters; Hawkeye, Kate Bishop, Black Panther, Spider-Man, Winter Soldier and Lady Thor.
Some animation jankiness was observed. For example, while Ms Marvel is Embiggened, she cannot interact with the environment as the button to interact is also an attack button.
