"HMB" mode & related accolades were tested to a conclusive extent, but not 100 % completed.
-- No significant issues were encountered over the course of the classic campaign. Only potential oddity was on Level 8 ("Bad Omen"): While descending the final ladder with the hidden cat in tow, it fell all the way down off-screen before it whipped back to the top & proceeded to skip along the rungs as normal. Cats are designed to occasionally pass through solid surfaces depending on the placement of the player to avoid them getting caught on the terrain so it might've been a minor bug related to that aspect.
