Certain trophies are for online multiplayer only. Stuttering and bad audio mixing in cutscenes, as the sound in the intro is awkwardly quiet compared to other games. XP in the main menu is displayed incorrectly. Texture flickering in the opening scene of races. AI is all over the place: braking randomly, rubberbanding badly balanced, enemies drive like on tracks, constantly bumping into you and crashing you off the road. And the game doesn't let you change your licence plate (which is needed for a trophy) as every custom text is recognized as a swear word and, therefore, blocked. You can probably beat the campaign (yet never platinum the game), but we recommend to spare your nerves or resort to patches.
