Test Notes:
-- Technical issues that were present in the original releases, such as slowdown / framerate drops (ex. autofire of the standard spread shot against large bosses during the shoot-'em-up levels, etc.) or excessively flickering sprites (ex. ranger battleship during heavy combat or specific positions when near large bosses, HUD during the run-and-gun levels, etc.), are likely retained in these altered ports.
-- Slight crackling / popping noise can be heard on the default sound setting throughout both versions of the game. Did not try any other options for reference.
Content Completed:
-- Completely playable offline with no download required. Beaten both versions of the game, "Rendering Ranger: R2" on 'Hard' difficulty & the previously unreleased PAL variant "Targa" on 'Normal' difficulty. All trophies achieved for 100% platinum trophy status.
