Test Notes:

• -- Sometimes when rushing through an area, such as going from one major section to the next, the bodies of previously defeated zombies may not appear. Their respective blood stains and/or dropped resources do remain in place. Exploring other spots within the vicinity of the location can occasionally have the corpses reappear upon revisiting from other areas after a period of time.
• -- Rare and/or very specific instances where delayed / repeated sounds can happen. Examples included an extra 'thud' noise for enemies after being knocked over into a surface and a stalled, "secondary" death sound that plays after a particular, very late-game enemy is killed when using the Hemolytic Injector craft-able.
• -- A single instance where a spot of infected blood didn't prompt for collection. It happened in the kitchen area of the 'Care Center' level, specifically near the piece of furniture where the infected Chef makes his first appearance, during the final chance to explore before leaving through the Quartz puzzle doorway. A regular zombie was lured into the room and defeated within proximity of the blood which might've impacted the function.
• -- Floating debris, like cardboard boxes, broken item crates, etc., can be observed after certain destructive actions. Examples include when 'The Girl' creature destroys the hiding spot near the toolbox / medical cart segment near the beginning of the game and the first major room where the armored enemies appear while finding three detonator parts with Leon Kennedy.

Content Completed:

• Beaten on 'Standard (Modern)' difficulty with the 'Good / Hope and Requiem' ending while using the third-person perspective for both primary protagonists.
• All attempted trophies unlocked as necessary.
• The alternate ending, unlockables and other extra features were untested for reference. However, a previous report for the ESRB 'Standard' edition on on PS5 was completed with a platinum trophy across four separate playthroughs alongside both conclusions and the elusive 'Final Puzzle' challenge as a side note.
