You can't turn with the buttons on 1.00, you have physically turn yourself. Tracking is a nightmare but the patches don't seem to help it, at least not much.
Tester even softlocked a couple times with the patches.
When you get to the section where you shoot the beurocratic fly soldier things the game hits several lag spikes. (Patches don't seem to help it either).
Otherwise not much different unpatched (other than turning buttons).
