Test Notes:

After installing the game the gameplay will hitch plus everything below:

The game can randomly crash from talking to NPCs, trading with merchants, exiting dungeons, opening inventory etc

Character can stop moving correctly as if constantly blocked by objects resulting in a half walk animation and much reduced speed. Even restarting the game completely didn’t fix this.

Same issue above also blocks combat.

Some sound effects are too loud such as waterfalls, causing everything else to be drowned out.

FPS drops constantly.

In 30 hours of game play we've had a crash once or twice every hour.

In one instance, after teleporting to a gateway the character refused to move.

All the above issues except for crashing can be fixed by restarting your console before each play session. This is only temporary, though.

Resuming the game from the console being in sleep mode can cause all of the above issues.

Sometimes quests that have been completed will still show the destination circle as a quest for a few minutes afterwards.

Entering the options menu can cut out all sound in the game, this can be fixed by entering the sound menu and pressing X on master volume bar.

Chests and other intractable objects can be difficult to open due to poor object collision.

If your inventory is full and you try to pick up a weapon, it will be permanently displayed as the cursor in inventory and remain on screen during gameplay until dropped.

Ultimately aborted the playthrough due to the torrent of issues.
