Second playthrough:

-- Minor frame-rate drops appear throughout the experience with more prominence in the latter half of the game. While it never really struggled in 'Performance' mode compared with some videos on social media, drops can happen to where slight slowdown and/or 'skips' occur within the gameplay although it hardly ever lasted more than a few seconds. The most notable case happened while opening a double-door leading into a cutscene at the end of one late-game 'Shrine World' segment with choppy framerate, but it immediately went back to normal function once the cinematic portion kicked off. Cutscenes appear to target 30 FPS so a slight shift might be noticeable when transitioning between gameplay segments with a higher framerate using the aforementioned visual setting.
-- Very minor visual pop-in can occur with environmental design and lighting, particularly with shadow effects, along with faint ghosting particles. 'Performance' mode can lead flowers found in the final stretch of the 'Fog World' having an odd "sharpening" effect with a strange sense of clarity amidst motion blur when moving the camera.
-- When following a video guide for first-run collectibles, the 'Blessed Hand Mirror' item that serves as an 'Omamori' item was found during the first trip through 'Shimizu Residence II' straight down in an alcove across from a Birthing Monster. This location contrasted with it being shown on a chest in the room right before the 'Shrine Maiden' boss fight in the 'Corridors' section of the 'Shrine World.'

Content Completed:
-- Beaten on default settings using 'Balanced' difficulty, Japanese audio with English subtitles and 'Performance' mode. Finished one play-through with the standard ending, "Coming Home to Roost." Multiple playthroughs for new story content, collectibles and four additional endings haven't been tested for reference. All attempted trophies unlocked as necessary.
