~ V2.000.000 (4.40 GB) on disc

Completely playable offline with no download required. Utilized default settings. Beaten with the secret "Understanding" ending. All attempted trophies, including the "First Contact" collectibles, unlocked as necessary. As a side note, the game doesn't have a platinum trophy. The other four conclusions were untested for reference.

-- When venturing into the first optional collectible area behind a hay bale, two of the four traveling alien orbs disappeared behind the terrain which meant the remaining few weren't powerful enough to break the dissolvable barriers that can drop a decorative pillar. However, a checkpoint restart fixed the issue where the four pre-existing orbs went into the side location without issue. Unsure whether bringing down the pillar or simply venturing into the section registers the collectible although the respective trophy does have a percentage tracker & it should bump 10% upon success.

-- Another small oddity in the same spot involved the player character repeatedly grunting when pressed against the upper-left rock wall.

-- When using a green flare for the first time as part of a late-game dream sequence, the tracking camera passed through undissolved barrier rock on the left-hand side of a tunnel which momentarily obscured visibility while the player continuously broke down alien terrain on the right side.

-- A few notable & intentional design choices concern the haptic trigger feedback being very intense when compared to most PS5 titles that use the feature. It can become fairly loud when the respective triggers are pressed all the way into the controller & disabling vibration via the in-game menu doesn't impact the component. The same alien light effects can still be activated during game-play by gently pressing those buttons to minimize the force to the haptic rumble or it can be completely disabled within the PS5 console settings. Another deliberate choice covers collision where the player character & select NPCs can pass through each other or very minor environmental elements during applicable segments.
