(PEGI - Standard, Revision 000)
- Role-playing (RPG)
- Dear Villagers
- Retro Forge
The game has constant frame-drops and some of them can be considered severe. Frame-drops caused tester to miss jumps and die in combat multiple times.
Tester had 6 crashes overall, towards the end of the game crashes become consistent (Sewer and Fire Temple dungeons) - the game doesn't autosave so each crash can result in 15-20 minutes of lost progress.
There's some kind of issue with the pro controller sensitivity. Tester tested 4 pro controllers and all have the same issue. When playing with pro controller the game occasionally registers the side input as the down input, which makes the playable character crouch randomly while running and makes platforming almost impossible. Tester was forced to play in hand-held exclusively due to this issue.
Load times can be quite long, but not unbearable, cross map transport takes 40 seconds, but it is not utilized often, and teleporting within dungeons/ respawning after death is around 15-20 seconds.
Tester recommends patching the game, and was not able to finish game due to crashing issues and poor performance. However, the tester made it roughly 70-80% through the main campaign. Game may be completable with the right amount of patience, and there were no gamebreaking bugs found.
