This is one of the games that are artificially blocked from playing off card through the Switch 2 firmware. Even if you are on a firmware that enables Switch 1 backwards compatibility in general, the game will require an additional download.
Curiously, we launched the games on older firmware (before 20.4.0) and were able to play the intro sections of both games just fine. It was blocked later than other affected releases (during 20.4.0/20.5.0).
