Frame stutter occurs when the game auto saves.
Texture warping on door light observed.
During the final puzzle in test floor C after placing the first block on the exit switch the block became invisible once the second block was brought to the second switch. Button remained pressed and was able to progress like normal.
During some dialogue the words will briefly flash on the bottom of the screen before appearing properly in the subtitle box.
All trophies obtainable.
