Test Notes:
※ Bizarrely, the physical packaging for the ESRB PS5 Limited Edition box features a literal 'censored' sticker over the mutilated face of Victoria "Vicky" Heyes. It doesn't appear to be covered up in contrast to the ESRB Switch and PEGI PS5 equivalents for the same edition or the North American PS Store game page banners. The LE includes a premium collector's exterior box, reversible cover, instruction manual, "Art & Vicky" hard enamel pins, "puke" bag, reversible poster, "bloody game-play" gloves, character sticker set, "Art's Mix" soundtrack CD, "Art's" art-book, two special 'Thank You' letter envelopes and an 'exclusive digital content' password voucher. The code, seemingly unique for each LE despite unlocking the same material, offers a 'Hardcore' mode with an alternate ending, new playable character (Art the Clown w/ Santa costume) and an extra image gallery. However, it appears the alleged digital content is featured on disc as a password managed to unlock the 'Extras' menu without issue (see additional notes below for further details). It's also the opinion of this tester that A.I. generated content appears within the game that doesn't seem to be disclosed as of December 2025, per the Steam listing, particularly for the pixel-art illustrations found on the console dashboard game app background and several boot-up screens.

-- Curious design choices can be found throughout gameplay, such as an occasional 'floatiness' for the player character being knocked into the air when near the edge of the screen. The respective animation can make it seem like the player has several seconds of 'hang time' without movement before finally falling back to the ground. The player character and enemies can also be knocked on top of various interactive obstacles, like the boxes or barrels, alongside environmental elements, such as the mini-game punching bag found in the second level. Brute-type enemies appear to have slightly more than necessary health points for a single-player run.

-- Select sound effects can seem like they're shifting between different pitches, such as the handgun which can have very short bursts or a longer, more natural tone. Some voice clips might skip abruptly, like the dialogue found against George-O-Scope at the end of the first level, but it might be dependent on already fighting other enemies when triggering the aforementioned boss.

-- After unlocking the additional image gallery found in the 'Extras' menu via password, the bottom right picture can only be approached by moving over from the left column. Attempting to select it by going down from the top row fails to produce any movement. The respective picture appears to work upon selection.

Content Completed:
-- Beaten with Art the Clown on default settings except for disabling the 'VHS' screen effect.
All attempted trophies unlocked as necessary.
Other modes (ex. "Arcade," "Wave," "Hardcore," etc.) and various other pieces of unlockable content, such as image gallery collectibles, were left untested for reference.

Additional Notes:
-- Install Size: 803.0 MB
-- A secret code that serves as an unlock for the Limited Edition 'exclusive digital content' still functions in the offline disc build. From the 'Options' menu, enter the 'Passwords' section and input 'EM8D77BTNPYQ2NTV' to access 'Hardcore' mode (w/ an alternate ending), playable character (Art the Clown w/ Santa attire) and an extra image gallery. An animation of a bolt lock coming undone will play along with a sound effect upon success. It's possible the aforementioned content might unlock through natural game-play, such as beating the game on the highest difficulty, but it wasn't tested for verification at this time. The code was found on various social media posts that were likely shared from an individual's unique purchase and then posted online since it doesn't require authentication outside of the game itself. Another separate LE pass code found on social media was tested to see if it unlocked any other material, but it appeared to just redo the bolt animation while other locked elements outside of the 'Extras' menu, such as missing collectibles and a hidden stage from 'Story' mode, remained unavailable.
