The Lara Croft Collection

The Lara Croft Collection includes “Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light”, “Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris”, as well as most DLCs (see additional notes).

Guardian of Light:
Encountered one random crash.

Cutscenes suffer from frame skipping. Certain parts of the animation such as lighting or hair physics are updated but character animation is not updated until the following frame. This does not appear to be an issue on native hardware but does not impact the playability.

Temple of Osiris:
Appears more performant via Switch 2 than it does on native hardware. No major frame rate drops or micro freezes were observed.

Suffers from random flickering, causing the screen in part or in full to turn black during gameplay.

The Sobek boss fight became sequence broken and Sobek did not jump up to get the bomb, but instead continued to destroy platforms.

The Pharaoh boss fight became broken after dying, causing his health bar to disappear. After enough hits to initiate the next sequence, he disappeared and no enemies spawned. This meant that the game was unbeatable due to not being able to reload the entire level, only the glitched checkpoint.


Content Completed:
Guardian of Light, most of Temple of Osiris and some DLC challenges.


Additional Notes:
No updates are available at the time of testing (November 24th 2025).

Tested both titles in handheld and docked, as well as tabletop two-player co-op.

Guardian of Light requires you to change the system language to change audio and text languages.

Most DLC for both titles is included with the exceptions of the “Kane & Lynch Character Pack” and the “Raziel and Kain Character Pack” for Guardian of Light, as well as the “Hitman Pack” for Temple of Osiris.
