Test Notes:

- Got stuck in one room in the town (one with Anti Hero Posters being made in it) and were unable to leave normally. Use of a Fireplace Stone was required to leave. (This is a consumable item meaning you could potentially be hard locked if you don't have one of these items to escape). Heart-Shaped Anchor also returns you to Heartflow Altar from the DLC. This could be used if you happen to have it but it's also a consumable.
- Some bird enemies can't be hit by ranged attacks until aggroed.
- The Iron Golems in the DLC have odd hit boxes when locked onto.
- Found a spot on the wall in the Pipelayer area, past the striper pole, in which the window openings on the left side have an opening on the wall that takes you out of bounds causing the player to fall and die.
- One case of a regeneration visual effect stayed on screen after the effect had ended. (This occurred after the Pipelayer boss)
- A few cases of enemy pathing not working properly.
