Entire main story & Left Behind DLC included on disc and are fully playable from start to finish.
There are some cases in certain parts of the game where the game culls out objects while they are still in view of the camera however most of the time it's either things in the very corner of the screen or very hard to see background objects.
The patch does change the lighting in some scenes, the biggest and most noticable being the lighting in the title screen being much closer to the original game unpatched while the patch changes it to sunset.
The unpatched version is also missing a few accessibility settings and the abilty to edit the lighting in photo mode.
120fps mode is on the disc but only can be enable if you set the PS5 to 120fps mode. It’s not available in the game’s options but it is there.
Also, the disc build doesn’t have the all weapons unlocked for new game plus which is in the update.
