Game plays entirely offline without any issues.
Game completion is available.
Cousins, BGM, presents, and other collectibles are available on disc.
Post-game levels after rolling up the sun (like rolling up all countries before the meteor strike) are also available on disc.
The game sometimes hangs for a few seconds during loading screens when entering a level, but the game never outright freezes or required a restart.
When first booting up the game after installing, the user will be prompted to agree to the typical Bandai Namco terms of use. This does not require an internet connection of any kind.
