Disc includes the big update that massively improves the remake including revamped graphics and improved gameplay. The remake still feels a little rough around the edges but is a massive improvement over the original remake.
The only bug encountered was the game unpausing itself if you opened the pause menu, went to the PS5 home screen, and back to the game. The pause menu will still be visible but the game will be upaused. Pressing the pause button 3 times returns the game back to normal.
