This game was given a yellow rating due to various framerate issues and a potential crashing issue during Zombies mode.

Test Notes:

Local Split Screen Multiplayer, Dead Ops Arcade, Zork mini game, Campaign and Zombies are all on the disc.
Zombies wise, Kino Der Toten is the only accessible map on the disc upon starting the game up for the first time. Dead Ops Arcade is accessible after typing in DOA on the computer terminal. Five can be accessed in two ways. The first one is by typing in 3ARCUNLOCK on the computer terminal, or after completing the single player campaign on any difficulty. Zork is accessed by typing Zork into the terminals. Both the main maps were tested, Five had zero problems regarding bugs.
Kino Der Toten has a known bug when it comes to the M72 rocket launcher. After it goes into the Pack A Punch machine, it becomes fully automatic and this can crash the entire game requiring a full restart of the Xbox. You can do certain fixes like installing the game and clearing system cache. This bug did not happen during our test but it’s overall best to avoid using Pack A Punch for that weapon.
Zork didn’t have any problems when played, same with Dead Ops Arcade, unlocking all 3 related achievements for those.
As for the single player campaign, no crashes or serious bugs occured, but several frame rate dips throughout the entire experience occur.
Minor framerate issues occur during the mini gun and motorcycle sequences after escaping the prison on the mission “Vorkuta”.
In the second half of the mission “SOG” after Frank Woods yells “Use The Fox Holes For Cover!”, as we picked up the AK47 with the flamethrower attachment on, a massive frame rate drop happened during that particular sequence.
On the mission “The Defector”, exhibited frame rate dips when going for the achievement called “Raining Pain”; but it is not graphically buggy like the PlayStation 3 version of this title where that would display purple triangle textures during this mission unpatched
On the mission “Rebirth”, several frame rate drops occurred during the part where Mason and Reznov raid the Nova 6 Facility
Anytime you use a rocket launcher in the campaign near a whole group of enemies, frame rate dips do occur.

All zombies maps are played, Zork and Dead Ops were sampled, and the single player campaign was all completed. 29 out of 50 Xbox Achievements unlocked
