Issues encountered:

Sometimes Sam's boomerang will disappear and become invisible during Catcher BT fights If you spam the throw button after it's thrown at a BT.

Encountered a softlock at the end of Chapter 9 where it's prompted to mash the square button to crawl in a QTE sequence but Sam remained standing up and kept dying due to his health depleting at the same time. There was no way to reload in game and the pause menu was disabled during the sequence. Quitting the application and reloading fixed this and it wasn't encountered again during a retest of this sequence.

In Sam's room equipping the omnireflector or chiral gold colors to the normal suit and then equipping the pizza chef suit will incorrectly display the suit as a lime green standard suit on the hanger in the room.

Minor pop in observed.

Sometimes a part of the pick up sound effect for chiral crystals won't play.
