Almost all of the visual bugs present on the PS5 disc build are not present on PS4 which makes this version much more stable overall compared to PS5, although it still has a few issues. If the game has not finished installing from disc you may run into texture streaming and audio issues until it finishes installing. HDR does not work at all unpatched. Earning trophies does not work on a local account. You can not select a team in story mode (You are stuck with AlphaTauri), and cutscenes are full screen unpatched while letterboxed in the patch. Many cutscenes have quieter audio compared to the main game audio.
