There is some graphical issues on many tracks (Mostly all minor but still noticable)
Story mode does not let you select a team like in the patched version (You are stuck playing as AlphaTauri)
Cutscenes in story mode are fullscreen (They are letterboxed in the patch) and some might have quieter audio than others.
The model used for the flat tyres seems to be broken
Perfomance is mostly fine but might drop in post race cutscenes. HDR doesn't work at all unpatched, and trophies do not work on a Local Account.
