Encountered subtitles appearing twice. Also, subtitles don't always match spoken dialogue word for word.
Encountered flickering geometry after the prison job.
Encountered minor stuttering when changing areas.
During one mission, in which you are supposed to catch cats and dogs, all animals would suddenly start to run away in panic for no apparent reason. Had to roam the area for a few minutes before animals respawned.
Very noticable pop-in.
Once when changing an area the fps would suddenly tank as soon as the area we were entering was loaded. The issue stayed present for the remaining play session. When launching the game the next time, the issue was gone again.
Enemy AI in several instances has severe pathing issues and just gets stuck behind objects.
Once, when starting the game and continuing from a save file, the game would start showing your phone, but instead of displaying the map, its screen would just be black with the UI elements on top.
When setting a marker on the map, that marker will stay on your minimap forever, but not at the proper location.
NPCs including animals would regularly just stand around and do nothing, sometimes several people, lined up over the stretch of an entire street in regular spacing.
Observed missing subtitles.
After a certain boss fight, despite autosaving afterwards, the game startet at the beginning of the boss fight when continuing.
During an underground mission on the final day enemies would keep respawning when reloading from checkpoints. Usually, always behind us so we almost died instantly again.
In that same mission numerous items were placed in spots we couldn't reach.
There are spots on the road when your cart will just randomly stop as if it bumped into something.
After the a the mission as computer game tester, UI and weapon models kept the style of the virtual world. The UI would eventually revert to Postal 4's normal UI visuals.
On the final day, weapon animations broke. The stayed in the same place, half holstered, half normal. We also couldn't aim down sights properly anymore. Certain weapons would just fade to black, for others like the rocket launcher they turned so big that you couldn't see anything but the weapon model anymore.
Possibly connected to this issue: Pulling the trigger didn't always fire the gun anymore during the final day.
Also during the final day when transationing between areas after loading the game would fade back in from black a second time.

The game can be finished and enjoyed to a certain extent, but it suffers from numerous small and more severe issues throughout.
