• When playing as Leon the first time an enemy was observed standing still. Enemy was invincible and could not be killed. There was also an NPC observed running around in circles behind this enemy.
• When crouched and turning on/off a light switch as Grace in First Person camera there is a random object that sometimes appears on the left side of the screen.
• Observed an ammo drop from an enemy floating in air.
• Observed an enemy stuck running in place until killed.
• Observed a spot on the ground display a flickering effect when the camera moves.
• All trophies obtainable.

• Main Story completed 4 times. First on Standard Classic, twice on Casual and once on Insanity.
• All CP Point bonus content unlocked.
• All challenges completed except “The Final Puzzle”.
• Platinum trophy obtained.
